We鈥檙e looking for people who think the education system is broken. Because it is.

CambriLearn serves tens of thousands of students in 100+ countries who didn鈥檛 fit the system. We鈥檙e not building an alternative to school. We鈥檙e building what school should have been all along.

What we actually value

Ownership, not task completion

We don鈥檛 hand you a to-do list. We hand you problems. You figure out how to solve them, you execute, and you own the outcome. If that sounds exhausting, this isn鈥檛 your place. If it sounds like freedom, keep reading.

Speed over perfection

We'd rather ship something real on Monday than present a beautiful deck on Friday. We move fast because every year a kid spends in the wrong system is a year they don't get back.

Direct communication

We don't do passive-aggresive Slack messages or meetings that should have been emails. Say what you mean. Hear feedback without defensivenss. Move on.

Results, not hours

We're remote. We're global. Nobody cares when you work. We care enormously about what you deliver.

Big enough to have impact. Lean enough that you鈥檙e not a number.

We鈥檙e not a startup figuring things out, and we鈥檙e not a corporation where your ideas die in committee. We鈥檙e a tight team where your work directly shapes what thousands of students experience.

You'll thrive here if:

  • You've been the best at what you do somewhere else and got bored
  • You get frustrated when bureaucracy slows you down
  • You can work without someone checking on you daily
  • You believe education should adapt to kids, not the other way around
  • You want your work to mean something beyond a payback

You'll hate here if:

  • You need a lot of structure and hand-holding
  • Feedback feels like personal criticism
  • You want a clear career ladder someone else defines for you
  • You think "that's not my job" is ever an acceptable answer

Luisa

Teacher

鈥淚 spent fifteen years in traditional schools watching kids get labelled as problems when really the system just didn;t fit them. Here, I actually get to teach. No admin drowning me in paperwork.聽No curriculum designed by people who haven't seen a classroom in decades. Just me and my students, doing the work that matters.鈥

Customer Support

鈥淢ost support roles feel disconnected from the product. Here, I talk to parents at their most vulnerable - they鈥檙e pulling their kid out of a system that failed them and betting on us. When I help them through that transition and six months later they tell me their kid is thriving? That鈥檚 not customer support. That鈥檚 the whole point.鈥

Dave

Software Engineer

鈥淚鈥檝e worked at companies where engineers are three layers removed from users. Here, I watch students use what I build. Last month I optimised the video player and got a message from a kid in Nigeria thanking us because it finally works on his connection. Try getting that at a FAANG.鈥
