If the subscriptions were purchased from the student profile

When the student is ready to start, please follow the steps below in order to activate the subscription:

  1. Log in to the Student Dashboard
  2. Click on the menu icon (three horizontal lines in the top right corner)
  3. Click on 'Subscriptions'
  4. Click on the 'Pending Subscriptions' tab
  5. Your subjects would be listed with an 'Activate' button
  6. Click on the 'Activate' button and it will activate the subject for you immediately.

If the subscriptions were purchased from the guardian profile

When the student is ready to start, please follow the steps below in order to activate the subscription:

  1. Log in to your Guardian Profile
  2. Select the ¸£Àû×ÊÔ´ÔÚÏß²¥·Å tab on the top right hand corner, this will give an overview of all students linked to the guardian, click 'Activate Subscriptions' for the relevant student
  3. Review and select the subjects you would like to activate
  4. Click on the 'Activate' button and it will activate the subject for you immediately.

If you are paying in 10 instalments, you will have the option to update your billing date here as well.

Here are some important details to note:

  • We recommend activating only when the student is ready to begin learning as the 12-month subscription period starts once the course is activated.
  • Some courses, like CAPS, have fixed start dates (e.g., Term 1 each year). In these cases, activation will take place on or after the specified date.
  • Applicable from September 2025.
